Not sure that Government has run out the clock, more like dragging out the clock.
Courts bidding their time as they are reactive in nature and not pro-active.
So time is not out and the time for verdict or judgement has not started.
If anything the courts are giving notice that they are aware and the opinions are sort of the lines in question.
Getting into the straight and narrow.
