Are you impmying that the SEC is so incompetent, that they have not allready looked at Ziv as a suspect? That they as a matter of due diligence in an investigation that they didn't look at all at OWCP and all the dealings going on there with JF?

That any information JF has could leader to a bigger fish or conspiracy that woukd be completely unknown and a shock to the investigative body of the SEC?

They looked. If they found something they woukd have charged. They didn't. Yes the investigation is ongoing. Every investigation is ongoing until there is a final judgement ir plea.
