VMGI reverse split and dump-fest

VMGI does not have enough shares authorized to allow conversion of the toxic notes.

VMGI probably can't even afford to have their financials prepared. We know they couldn't pay to keep their domain name, and apparently couldn't even afford to get it back once they lost it for non-payment.
