The only thing that is for sure so far, is Jack has paid himself a nice salary to keep the dream alive. If financing is ever announced, I would not put it past them to drag the actual "closing" of the financing for a very long time, if it ever happens. Hiring a forestry mulcher takes pennies. So far a lot of shares have been sold for a lot of money that has not produced much.
