This problem can be more serious than some think it is. IDK if a halt is any time soon, more has to be linked with the company and Jeffee. But, from the evidence in that complaint- they have Jeffee cold with NO incentive not to co-operate with information. What that portends is unclear. However, my continuing concern is for a class action shareholder lawsuit. If the connection is made between Jeffee and anyone in OWC management on releasing those restricted shares- hell hath no fury like a shareholder(s) that bought in the $2 range here, and the company is complicit in this caper. The SEC complaint has NOTHING to do with this, other than to announce the story.
