Upcoming News from CBRE Appraisal and Master Plan / Presentation.
CBRE will be visiting the Cielo Mar site on the Bay of Rosario to conduct a physical inspection, and is expected to complete a comprehensive valuation report by the mid-March time frame.
A preview of the materials has been posted today on the Cielo Mar website (CieloMarBaja.com), including draft versions of drawings, presentation documents and a 3D virtual tour video.
The preliminary plan and commercial presentation are expected to be completed within the month of March. This coincides with the expected completion of an appraisal of the Cielo Mar property by CBRE in the mid-March time frame, for which the site inspection was conducted on February 15.
The company has accomplished quite a bit over the past year WITHOUT a master plan OR a presentation (documents, video, etc.) - even quite a few reservations. I think with these things completed, we’re likely to see a whole new game, bringing Cielo Mar to a whole new level in marketing/sales over the next few months.

Use of Proceeds
-Eliminate debt starting with convertible notes.
-Fund further expansion of our agriculture operations at the Arenoso Farm in Baja California.
-Apply more funding to Cielo Mar, to accelerate the progress.
-Fund Cielo Mar Reservations, LLC, for the marketing of Cielo Mar in Mexico, the U.S. and Europe – for pre-sales reservations of individual lots, as well as to property developers and hoteliers pre-launch of the development.
-Provide additional working capital
“We anticipate to accept financing of up to $10M, and have already initiated discussions with one large lender,” says Jan Telander, CEO of ProGreen. “We believe gaining access to substantial capital at this time will provide a solid financial base for the company, creating the opportunity for a much faster expansion and laying the foundation for uplisting to a better exchange.”
Top it off with more crops going in the ground to increase revs from the Ag op.
