The press release was comprehensive. We consolidated almost $1M in debt that allows us to further retail sales; open new markets and move our drug products forward. We’ve spent months trying to get away from the several toxic financings that have plagued the Company over the last two years. That was accomplished this week and allows for the potential of dramatic growth.
