I wouldn't say that audits are so overrated, but they are not as important as some want to believe. Please, don't believe me. Go look at the many penny stocks that are actually filing audited financials that are trading far lower than where MSPC is trading with far less going on with those companies.

I'm not saying that audited financials are a bad thing because they are not. I'm just saying that having them versus the alternative with what MSPC is doing is not going to harm MSPC operationally. They have multi-billion dollar clients that do file audited financials that have proven to believe in them regardless. That's what matters most in my opinion.
