I personally think Gary Blum may be the source of the loans after googling him

He has been with this company since 2015

He is CEO, president of an accounting firm in California

A very good education

What made him get involved with a company like POTN was over 2 years ago that failed?

I see what I can dig up on his accounting company
And the other company he sits on the BOD with
See what he brought to the table when he joined POTN

I was surprised that on their web page that they do not have an short autobiography when you click on the members
