There is no such thing as “temporarily reporting alternatively”. And I think you are going to discover that the OTC STOP sign will remain as long as MSPC is delinquent as an SEC filer.
If they want the stop sign to come down they have two choices.
1) get current in their SEC filing obligations or
2) file a Form 15, deregister and then upload the required financial reports to OTCM to meet OTC’s criteria for current information.
I wonder if the company actually understands this...?
