Instead of giving this company some credit for actually learning how they were manipulated and finally standing up to unwind this you are discrediting them. There won't be a judge in the world that won't put this to a halt seeing that the judge himself was lied to with frankly a SEC sanctioned involved party and 2 attorneys working for the same firm partners at that were representing the 2 defendant and plantiff in which is laughable.

I would be more worried for the attorneys seeing that they have insurance and will be sued and probably disbarred when exposed. If I were the judge that signed off on this and see all of them are soley done the same way I would be PISSEDDDDD!!
