This was the nail in the coffin, too bad. Hope news hit tomorrow so I can dump. Toxic company here.

Gonna' give IR (or whatever number I can find) a call and let them know they dug their own grave.

Hope they realize creating additional shares to settle outstanding debt and for future purchases doesn't work if the company is sitting with no bid.

Hope these typical OTC scumbags realize this sooner rather than later.
