FTR your are right just a waiting game now. The facts at this point. The bankrubtcy court has not paid a dime to anyone. Monbat took over the plants as of June 26th 2017. Surprisingly Kosner got 1,000,000. (stock options payment??) (our former CEO) John Crow the bankrubtcy lawyer that fled to the Bahamas did not receive anything??? That's rather peculiar. And it appears the debt holders that did not convert their stock got compensation. So here we lie in hyperspace?? Well lets see if the bankrubtcy judge gave the arch boys and Neil Bush one year to settle this once and for all That would make it June 26 2018. One last note Frazer Nash is not being supplied by Monbat , it was taken down on their new website. So the mystery of Enersys and Frazer Nash is still abound with the fact of the Bankrubtcy final payout resolve. I will post again when only facts come out and wait. Thanks for everyone's patience.
