I mean, Apple authorized shares is 12,600,000,000 and their shares outstanding is 5,100,000,000 and change right now! Yes, I know Nutra Pharma is not a blue chip tech stock trading @ $175 a share like Apple Inc., but I am just using them as an example that just because you have a lot of authorized shares doesn't mean that you HAVE TO issue them, come on guys chill out! Second, umm at any given time of the day for the last 2-3 months between 95-99% of Nutra Pharma's 2,000,000,000 authorized shares are held by institutionals, retail and company insiders! Supply and demand folks! If 95-99% of your companies shares are being held by longs/bulls and not in the float then any ceo or board of directors with half a brain would authorize more shares, because they are friggin popular and in huge demand (obviously)! How could you possibly increase demand for your stock and increase pps of your stock if the float stays basically locked up and you also won't authorize/issue any more shares either! Common sense people! There are plenty of huge and extremely healthy companies with very large authorized share amounts that trade on the NASDAQ and NYSE once you start looking for them, they are out there everywhere! Take heart folks, everything is gonna be OK!!! NPHC $$$$$$$$$
