Reverse splits are common in old OTCQB stocks to raise the price back to the .01 average to maintain the higher exchange.
The future value of the shares will be determined by the company purchasing this shell and if they are revenue generating.
This A/S could sustain a higher post split price if the news, filings and information about the new company are in a high valued sector.
We could be looking at a new Crypto stock or even an existing profit generating company.
