Big picture here folks, $MSPC is in NYC have been in negotiation LOI for two new Condo buildings in Brooklyn.

Buying pre-construction is normaly ok for tennants, to finalize a property sale under construction with an open city building/ fire dept. permit, and no C of O (not finished) is complicated from many liable stand points, including sub contractors, etc. who usually get thier final payments after a CofO.

That's the realestate.

Etelix, one can not overlook the small steady stream and growing position here.

Ikal vinyard, wine. This past fall was the first vintage harvest which will increase the $165,000 - $300,000 revenue's from a smaller lesser tier vintage.

Cann Corp. I'm looking at more DD before I can say much but it makes perfect sense esp. with South American resources for import/export Med MJ.

There is more, let's just add this up.

Etelix $725,000- $1M month= $10M-$12M
2 NYC Condo Building $12M + $38M property only (not resale/rent)
Ikal wine new premium harvest and promotion, $750,000-$1M +/-
