not to doubt so quick, many a Greater CEO will come aboard with a lesser CEO when it means they get to go Public and have the lesser CEO do alot of the Company Stuffs. Mark Miller works with a team of guys so he knows how to handle himself and people. You may have a pleasant surprise.
Lots of these happen each year. Just a matter of Negotiating the terms of the deal and what each part gets.

Hope so for shareholders sakes, but the new ceo is the guy who headed this $1 M company. That tells me that is the only acquisition happening. I doubt if the head of a much bigger company agrees to come on board with this guy as ceo.
