Think of it this way

- Company did not have enough money to fund its projects such as marketing
for the Nyloxin ... etc.

- Also did not have money to further advance the phase II project that was
on the shelf last year due to lack of money.

Now if the size of the new financing deal is very large and the terms are good terms / not toxic financing like last time ( which I believe it is by the way ) because if it is not you can kiss this thing good bye...And he know it too. If this happens this means that there is an institutional investment company out there that approves of this company's products potentials and its business plan to the point where it will be successful outcome for both sides. It does not take a brain scientist to know that this NPHC is on the cusp of making a major move for the better. After all, this is exactly what we were hoping for minus the AS increase..

By the way, for all to know I have not sold and still holding on my shares. If this dips further I will load up another boat here.
But I strongly doubt this will get down to my re loading zone...
