By the time they finally get this financing, then building, then mining rigs, etc. this will no longer be as profitable. Meanwhile the cost to mine each Bitcoin keeps climbing, and the price of Bitcoin keeps falling. In 2022 or so, when the block reward get halved again, I doubt whether this will be profitable at all anymore to mine.
