Friedland was a insider - as he just resigned from the Advisory Board.

Friedland was part of the group that started OWCP.

"In June 2014, Friedland and his wife hosted a dinner at their home in Denver, Colorado, where a presentation was made about the developing field of medical marijuana research by a doctor who later became OWC’s chief science officer."

Why did OWCP gift Friedland 5.1 million shares to pump OWCP - hell they provided fraudulent documents to help perpetrate the fraud.
