That is great news about the O/S count. Dilution was cut in half the avg rate. Only 1 mill in 1 week compared to the 2 mill avg.

We are still within the timeframe of Form 4 reporting. Today is the 4th trading day since the last Form 4. 5 days is usually the max timeframe, although we have gone 6 trading days somewhat recently. I have seen the familiar 1k buys so I believe Mann is still buying away.

Definitely a good sign to hear Steve say he is "way too busy".
