Hirsch either lied in the 8-K or isn't conversant about the SEC in terms of litigation.

OWCP was indeed implicated in the SEC compliant against Friedland - but you were also very giddy about Friedland pumping OWCP at one time - so the motivation to ignore the facts are to preserve your investment.

This is proof OWCP was involved in the pump and dump.

"OWC provided an attorney opinion letter to OWC’s transfer agent from a disbarred attorney in connection with the issuance of OWC’s stock to Global."

Why would OWCP provide a Fraudulent Opinion to benefit Friedland - if they weren't complicit in the scam - the answer is that OWCP is part of the scam.
