VMGI - DTC Chill imposed - no looking good

VMGI - DTC Chill (deposit chill)

Does not look good for the inept VMGI CEO, who gave himself preferred shares convertible to more than the total outstanding share count.
Nothing like looting the company and then leaving all those toxic notes with no one able to sell them at any price.

Deposit Chill (still on list Jan 2018) - Chilled in 2011
