Can someone give a quick snapshot of what's happening here? I saw in late January statement that they're about to become current(but sounds like they aren't?) and are looking to acquire vertically? Anything else? What's the hope here? Thanks in advanced. I had a hard time finding DD on the board. Looking to slap the ASK.
