Dilution IMO for commission, operational expense, lawyer fee's, past note holders, Delaware debt, unconfirmed-t3,t4,t5 (maybe). I left Lam out-matures July 18 to be paid in totality Oct 18.

When-if gap fills will whales bail, sending us back to the abyss (death-cross Feb 13) in fear of Q2? No updates on Hexa, Delaware, BMW, Enterprise, Dubai, cities around the world, other legs, etc..
