When the SEC sends out communication letters, they open a 'docket' and the docket's contents remain sealed from public view until what was requested by the SEC is 'satisfied'...only then is the docket closed and all the written communications are made view-able to the public.

Check with the SEC, I have no more information than anyone else about what the SEC questions were? SEC rules do state that all 10-Ks must be 'audited' before delinquent filers can become compliant again.
