FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- Boca Raton, FL, October 10, 2006 – American Way Business Development Corporation (OTC: AWYB) (“AWYB” or the “Company”) announces that AWYB has just today received the Non-Objecting beneficial Owner (“NOBO”) list from American Data Processing Inc. located at 51 Mercedes Way, Edgewood, NY 11717 (“ADP”). AWYB plans to release the aggregate data as promptly as practicable. In the meantime, AWYB and its advisers are currently reviewing the report to determine the best course of action. Those persons, whether individuals or corporations, who have recently sold stock of the Company short should conduct themselves accordingly.
Also, AWYB wants to inform its shareholders that the Company’s stock was featured in yesterday’s edition of hotstockchat.com daily. Please note also that, as stated in the hotstockchat.com daily feature, Hotstockchat.com was not compensated by the Company for the feature.
