Shares of CIGNA Corporation (NYSE:CI) are falling sharply today after they announced a buyout of Express Scripts Holding Company (NASDAQ:ESRX). Investors are taking the buyout as a sharp negative for shares, likely a signal big money thinks they overpaid.
