The last time we looked at Ubiquitech Software Corp (OTCMKTS:UBQU), it was trading in a downtrend after announcing plans to enter the cannabis industry via its HempLifeToday.com subsidiary. After dropping to all-time lows and then bouncing back, the stock is yet again on the receiving end as short sellers continue to pile pressure.
Ubiquitech Software Price Action
So what does the future hold for Ubiquitech Software Corp given the price swings that continue to bombard its direction of trade?
The stock is currently trading at a key support level below, which it faces the risk of trading lower. However, after touching a high of $0.03 a share, early in the year, it is becoming clear that the recent pullback could be a minor correction from where the stock could bounce back.
UBQU Daily Chart
We do believe the stock is due for a bounce back as investors take note of a string of positive news that has strengthened the company’s long-term prospects. Ubiquitech Software Corp is fresh from reporting revenue growth that underscores efficiency when it comes to the execution of the business plan.
Before we carry out a detail, analysis of recent developments that we believe have positioned the stock for further movements on the upside, let’s understand what the company really does.
Ubiquitech Software Corp is a multifaceted corporation that uses state of the art global internet marketing and traditional marketing strategies to drive traffic to emerging multibillion-dollar industries.
Last year, the company expanded its footprint into the cannabis industry via its wholly owned subsidiary HempLifeToday.com. Currently, the company is focused on growing its proprietary CannazALL CBD oil products as it continues to push for sales opportunities in the multi-billion industry.
Revenue Growth
Revenue growth is one of the catalysts that we believe has the potential to strengthen investor confidence in the stock, thus trigger a bounce back after the recent sell-off.
For the fiscal year ended November 30, 2017, Ubiquitech Software Corp generated revenues of $4.5 million marking the fourth consecutive year of revenue growth. In the fourth quarter alone, revenue grew to $1.2 million. Revenue growth led to a net income of $352,447 for the full year.
“We are extremely happy to continue to grow and strengthen the company. […] The CannazALL brand continues to expand its presence in the growing CBD marketplace, and the Company continues to add new and inventive offerings to this product line. We look forward to the impending launch of our CryptoBuy division and the excitement that it will bring to the Company,” said CEO, James Ballas.
Expanding Product Line
Buoyed by last year’s performance on revenue growth, Ubiquitech Software has moved to expand its product line as it seeks to diversify its sales channel. The company plans to add new CBD gummies to complement its key CannazALL CBD products revenue stream.
The launch will allow the company to flex its muscles in the emerging and lucrative edible market. While this will be the first product to be launched in 2018, the company is also planning to unveil other products as the year progresses.
The launch of new products is part of an effort that seeks to take advantage or the expanding cannabis market that is projected to reach $18 billion by 2021.
“We are very happy to be adding this product to our CannazALL brand, and it is the perfect complement to our other popular products. With this addition, we’ll be expanding the CannazALL brand even more as we work to compete in this growing marketplace and we expect our new CannazALL Gummies to add significantly to our sales,” said Mr. Ballas.
Social Media Campaign
HempLifeToday has already unveiled a new social media campaign as it seeks to broaden its brand awareness. Facebook and YouTube channels will play host to the company’s new promotional videos as the company looks to attract new customers to its CannazALL brands.
The social media campaign is part of Ubiquitech Software overall goals for marketing this year. The development stage company has already hired full-time social media executive to spearhead the social media campaigns.
What Does the Future Hold For Ubiquitech Software?
The future has never been clearer for Ubiquitech Software, as it increases its focus on the Cannabis business. Unlike other companies in the space, the company has a competitive edge in that it is able to leverage its expertise in multimedia and internet marketing to broaden awareness of its products thus drive sales.
Forbes Magazine has already taken note of the company’s long-term prospects, after listing it among the top five Hemp CBD companies, when it comes to gross annual product sales. The media outlet believes HempLifeToday.com’s CBD product sales could hit one billion per year over the next three years.
That said, Ubiquitech Software remains an exciting pick as a long-term play as it moves to grow and diversify its revenue streams.
