Maybe I can help, I go to the OTC site and monitor MCTC. There was a Caveat Emptor status placed on the company. I read the complete dialogue and all associated information I could dig up.

Do a timeline of when it was placed(it's there) then match it to the chart and look at previous volume. You will find your answer there. The OTC determined that a Caveat Emptor was necessary based on what was going on prior to the issue date.

Look into the firms who suddenly decided to promote this. Therein is the rest of the story.

Been here since I received this as part of a spin off. Before that it was part of a different company. Interesting bunch of people to say the least.
