Sonny raises just enough to payoff noteholders & Zimmer files a prospectus all around the news that CsC has been cleared. Let me just add that Zimmer's Note is due April 1st. That means their offering must close beforehand.

Until the net proceeds from this offering have been used to repay the 2018 notes, they may be temporarily invested in cash or short-term or other securities.

Looks like Sonny took away a good day for us longs but hes going to give us a GREAT day next week? Zimmer would need this to close mid-April i'd imagine.
