Yes, That could be one strategy I considered... there is no genuine news (mostly) with this kind of sub penny stocks so then thought why to give single penny to these pumpers...

Imagine - if they had something really genuine what was need to send letter to share holders pre-maturely??? Why not to finish DD, secure funding and then send???

We have been getting this word of final stage of acquisition for many months... their last stage is very long...
