Hogwash...OTC companies file and go dark all the time...the SEC doesn't care one iota that they choose the much cheaper alternative reporting path!

In fact that's exactly how and why OTC Markets was able to develop their ingenious biz model.

I always lmfao when people try to suggest that OTC companies should pay 10's of thousands of dollars per year to file fully audited financials...when choosing to maintain that path prior to being cash flow positive is nothing but a sheer waste of money, time and resources weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
