HPIL go figure why this is at .0017? - Corporate is pleased to announce that the company has received an offer from Telesun Technology to buyout HPIL HOLDING. The company is currently negotiating the terms of the agreement and plans to announce the finalization of the deal next week. Telesun Technology offered $0.01 a share for HPIL HOLDING.
