Is harrison avenue holdings ltd a fake Entity? Can someone link me to the Website,business listing,google search,address,financials anything relating to this mysterious funding group who Quotemedia found to enter into a millions of dollar agreement with??

What research did QMCI do that led to this agreement? 4 million dollars could be a large sum of Toxic funding wouldn't a company like QMCI research who they are doing business with and the reputation of such companies?

Seems outside of Business controlled by Shworan he doesn't give any concern to taking these monies from Ghost entities? Does David realize a publicly traded company has Investors who can call BS when they see it?
