Maybe if Dr. Odidi wasn't so busy last May setting up his Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai company in China he would've had IPCI far better prepared for last July's Rexista AdCom right!

In retrospect 2017 was the most disastrous year in IPCI's 8+ year PubCo history but Dr. Odidi did succeed in setting up his new company in China and securing his 1st deal in the 1st month of this year!

So as far as Dr. Odidi's concerned he has 2 company's he's in control of now...1 in Canada and 1 in China...and all the time in the world to keep running either as he sees fit sigh!
