Ackkk, you mean there are crooks working in small market stocks to illegally make money? I'm shocked!!! But then, I was shocked to find out there was gambling in the back room at Rick's American Cafe...

I think it is currently clear that the past management of OWCP might have been good scientists, but lousy business men. Not a crime, but hurtful to the company. Hopefully, bringing in Hirsh, Zeevi, Feuer, and even Rosenblatt (I think that was her name) has been done based on acknowledging that reality and trying to move forward.

If any of the above folks suddenly resign, we are truly in trouble. If not, there is something there that persuaded them to join OWCP and to go forward. Time will tell.
