I don't know. It really has seemed as though this is a situation where SEC was sniffing an unusual transaction and found it to be outside the realm of legality. When I talked to Michael Grimes [phone] with the SEC he really wanted to know if I had purchased related to JF influence. I explained that JF involvement gave me a little more comfort holding a large portion, but had purchased prior to understanding JF involvement...
