Yes, they're not requesting, they're telling them to leave them out of everything.

I believe they would announce it when it happens... and if it never happens it won't be announced.

I believe facts as they arrive, currently you or I have no facts it will sell tomorrow or never sell. You're invested in a biopharma company, you're fed nothing until one morning you wake up and you're fed everything. Or you wake up and you're starved to death cause they go broke! That's reality, accepting it is hard but should be done before you ever buy into a biopharma company.
