SB you have to be logic. Imagine Inwith gives shares to WSGR for services rendered, so they would be paid with shares hoping to sell almost immdediatly or in a very short term, ok, but to who ? Inwith is private, what is the interest that a big and known lawyer accepts shares from a private company that they could not sell very easily , it proves that wsgr is not interested by the short term, they took a stake in Inwith because they believe in Inwith hoping to sell their shares in the best conditions (buyout or IPO), they certainly think that the benefit will be there not now but in a near future.

Furthermore, why Inwith would say publicly that a big lawyer has shares knowing they would sell in a short term ??? a private company would not say that in a case like this. So what you said has no sense here. WSGR has shares of Inwith because they believe in Inwith, period imo.
