our ability to predict consumer preferences and changes in trends, technology and consumer acceptance of both new designs and newly introduced products;

changes in the costs of labor and advertising;

the level of consumer spending for gaming and entertainment;

our ability to compete

So if you want to evaluate the IF, part of this. You ask yourself if they have a team in place that has experience in meeting these challenges. My response is that they have academics in place and not proven executives who've met the above challenges.

You're welcome to a 2nd opinion. I've started two companies from scratch and sold them. The existing team can manage a company but they are not entrepreneurs.
