I believe that somebody misquoted me, please post my actual response.

"The issue with Vietnam has been their lack of legal framework, regarding importation of manipulated animals. Both sides knew this when Vietnam originally invited Kraig to produce in their country. Things have progressed, but it's been a slow process. The good news is that the progress continues and it seems like the light is turning green. However, I doubt that management will comment until the final approval is signed by all parties, because, as you ask, until management has the signed documents in hand, it is possible that we don’t get in there.

"Yes, other countries are in play, but I believe that Vietnam is still the preferred destination."
