This whole situation is kind of interesting.

I know this was a Adam Tracy hijacked shell. Tracy (Barton Hollow LLC) filed for custodianship of the abandoned shell through the Clark County Court system in 2016 (case #A-16-740310-P)



It looks like the case was reassigned twice and status/compliance reports were delayed for more than a year.

I assume the case was finally closed and Tracy sold control of the shell to Richard F Kuglemann some time in February of 2018.

As you already found out, Richard F Kuglemann was a long time executive officer for Texas Wyoming Drilling Inc (TWDL) from 2012 until it became Drone USA Inc (DRUS) in 2016. Kuglemann's background is in mining.

Mr. Kugelmann is a retired U.S. Army with 20 years of service. Mr. Kugelmann has been a consultant to various mining operations in Arizona and Nevada and has previously owned and operated his own businesses. Mr. Kugelmann is a certified Gemologist, and a member of the Gemologist Institute of America

Kugelmann changing the name of the shell from Stevia Nutra Corp to Global Drone Target Technology Corporation at the Nevada SOS is a curious thing.

It's almost as if Kugelmann watched DRUS after he left the shell and it was changed from a mining company to a drone company and decided that running a drone company is the way to go. The thing is, DRUS temporarily did okay (price-wise) because it wiped out all the old shareholders with large reverse split then created a new float through debt settlements and used paid promotions to manipulate the share price.

Mr. Vidmar is some kind of public relations person. He was also a part of TWDL

Tiger Vidmar; Maybe someone can help me all of a sudden without ever sending this guy an email ever;I am getting emails from Tiger Vidmar that are regarding TWDL. This guy is telling me he wants to fight me and other stuff.

See this all started right after I emailed Margaret (Margo) Cadena this week.

Turns out that Tiger and Margo are married! I have some interesting info on this I will be posting it to the board soon.

This is truely turning bizzare. I email Margaret as I own 3% of TWDL and get multiple responses from Tiger.... talking crazy and one from Margo telling me I should sell my shares.

Ok so apparently Tiger Vidmar is married to the long time TWDL/DRUS CEO Margo Cadena (2012 - 2016).


Looks like the old TWDL crew is back for some kind of round 2 on the STNT shell but instead of mining they are going with the Drone angle.


The big issue at this point is that FINRA has been very stingy about approving corporate changes for delinquent filers. STNT never did a Form 15 to end its reporting obligations. The ticker is now almost 5 years delinquent with its SEC filings. If STNT starts to get active it could draw attention from the SEC which could immediately suspend the ticker as a severely delinquent filer and begin the revocation process to permanently end trading in the Issuer forever.

I can't see this group being able to get audits done for the past 5 years (since old corporate records will be hard to find and it will be costly to do). That means STNT may never be able to get a name change to Global Drone Target Technology Corporation approved by FINRA.

It looks like the delinquency issues didn't stop toxic financiers (Virtu Americas LLC and KCG Americas LLC) from turning old debt into free trading stock the past couple of years. I'll be surprised if there is a ton more debt left on the balance sheet, but it's impossible to really know.


It will be interesting to see what happens here.
