News having little to no effect on PPS has been the norm for most of my PM stocks. Market just does not care about news for non producing stocks even my best stock that IS producing is seeing little response to good news. This stinks but the frustration is very consistent. Our stuff is just plain out of favor almost no matter what advances their business make. I'm am sick of it. I am down almost 50% on average below a fair value for no other reason than PMs out of favor. That is a really big drop to stomach.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
