Jerry Pane Fraud; Russo your wrong. The funds that the alleged embezzled would have transacted for the benefit of USPR and it’s shareholders. We are all vested or we would not be requesting updates from this board. Jerry Pane conspired to defraud all of us. Whatever tale he told, to receive investments the investor did his dd. Unfortunately, the funds were directed to a personal/shell account unsuspecting. Unfortunately, USPR did not receive. If they had, shareholders would be enjoying rewards reflected in a higher valuation. I respect this new management.
