I would bet the DRC will next be trying like hell to expel those 10,000 Clock-17-packing, do-no-work, low-riding, pay-no-bills, doper, free-loaders faster than you can say "WTF? What were all those bleeding hearts crying about?"

Whereas, Mayor Rahm Emanuel in Chicago will be looking to give green cards to these 10,000 industrious, polite, wanna-work-to-support-the-family-and-get-ahead kids faster than sheet flying every which-way in another ump-teenth hundred Trump rally. And you can bet Rahm won't want those 10,000 Chicago/Baltimore kids back if he had his druthers. This plan should soothe all the crybaby millennial bleeding hearts in America who never delivered newspapers on their bikes in 10 degrees below zero weather (or had to assemble 200 cell phones/day) as kids after/before school... and the Chinese will of course simply go on with their lives just as before, they could care less who mines what in the DRC. There has always been illegal/freelance miners. There always is illegal/freelance miners. And, there always will be illegal/freelance miners... even when humans colonize the planet Mars 30 years from now.
