Finjan wouldn't buy them in open market... it would be a private sale. Something else is going on:

1) B. Riley selling the 2M+ shares they got in secondary offering.

2) Harbourvest selling some of their 4.7M shares. They took a huge hit on their Wayfair holdings and may need to lighten up on FNJN.

3) Another offering and the underwriter is shorting like it appeared B. Riley did last year.

4) Your guess is as good as mine. Nothing makes sense here.

I think an offering and an acquisition are likely in their near future. They have hinted at both. Will be one step back before we can take two steps forward.
