The company´s current situation didn't materialize overnight. It was the result of 8 years of shit and poor management which needs to be cleaned-up before the company can move forward. Be thankful that there are those up to the challenge of turning this thing around.. Don't under estimate the new managements resolve. Its Mr. Pane who's now in the hot seat. Rumor has it another USPR Shareholder filed a 3.1 million dollar lawsuit in Palm Beach County against Mr. Pane, the former CEO for fraud and embezzlement. If you ask me, I´d say judgement day is upon all those who misappropriated our hard earned money.
