Ugly can we say INSTITUTIONAL BLOCK BUYS ;)
This is exactly what happened (although on a smaller scale so far) with vhc before it shot from 4 to 40 when I was on it years ago .
This can't be an ordinary i buy as the market makers would never keep it at one price for such a huge amount of shares
