There is no "RIGHT TIME" to buy a SCAM!!! Why? cuz it doesn't trade freely, or open market. The MM and it's dealers sell but never buy from investors who try to get out. NOPE. And why would they?? They are in the distribution and sp manipulation game. They have billions of shares to play with.
